Return & Refund Policy Unopened and Sealed Products Returns are accepted on strictly unopened and factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Because of the sensitive nature of collectible inventory, all eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must arrive in the exact pristine condition they were dispatched in. Single Cards All sales of individual cards are final. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and account for market price volatility, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on single card purchases once they have been dispatched. Please review all provided photos and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. Opened Items All sales are final on opened merchandise. Returns are not accepted for booster packs, booster boxes, decks, or any other sealed product once the factory seal or shrink wrap has been broken. We do not offer returns or exchanges based on dissatisfaction with the specific cards drawn from randomized products. Fraud and Tampering Prevention We employ rigorous inspection protocols for all returned inventory. Due to historical industry issues with tampering, any returned item exhibiting signs of resealing, repacking, or tampering will be strictly denied. Attempting to return altered or resealed merchandise will result in the forfeiture of the product without a refund and a permanent restriction from making future purchases on our platform.
