Shipping Policy Order Processing All in-stock orders are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Pre-Orders Orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order items will be held until all items are available to ship together. If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, please place a separate order for those items. Shipping Rates and Delivery Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address. Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping tier selected. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Great care is taken to package items securely to prevent transit damage. However, once a package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We highly recommend selecting an insured shipping option at checkout to protect your purchase. International Shipping International buyers are entirely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or carrier brokerage fees incurred upon delivery. Refused international packages will be subject to a return shipping fee and the standard 20% restocking fee.
