Shipping Policy Order Processing All in-stock orders are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Pre-Orders Orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order items will be held until all items are available to ship together. If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, please place a separate order for those items. Shipping Rates and Delivery Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address. Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping tier selected. Packaging Every order is carefully packed to protect your cards in transit, using sleeves, top-loaders, and appropriate mailers or boxes. Separate from shipping (which covers postage), a packaging fee may apply based on the packaging your order requires: small orders that ship in a standard envelope have no packaging fee, while larger orders that need a bubble mailer or box include a flat packaging fee. Any applicable packaging fee is shown as its own line item at checkout before payment. Local pickup orders are not charged a packaging fee. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Great care is taken to package items securely to prevent transit damage. However, once a package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We highly recommend selecting an insured shipping option at checkout to protect your purchase. International Shipping International buyers are entirely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or carrier brokerage fees incurred upon delivery. Refused international packages will be subject to a return shipping fee and the standard 20% restocking fee.
